Tussah Silk Roving - Bleached (8 ounces)

Tussah, or wild, silk worms live naturally in tropical or semi-tropical forests. Their silk is gathered after the moth emerges, thereby making this an eco-friendly fiber. This fiber has a very long staple (3"+), is strong and lustrous. It dyes beautifully, with colors slightly muted by the soft undertone of beige.
